Cervical Length Scan (16-42 weeks)
• The aim of cervical length scan is to measure and assess the neck of the womb (cervix).
• It includes 20 minute scan, the length measurement of the cervix, wellbeing check of the baby, 1 print and wellbeing report.
• We highly recommend cervical length scan if you have a history of preterm (premature) birth, late miscarriage, multiple pregnancy, previous cervical surgical procedures (loop excision) and uterin anomaly.
• An internal scan is performed to check the cervical length.
• An empty bladder is required for the cervical length scan.
